The fastest way to reach me is email. I read everything, and I answer most of it — though not always quickly, since this site is not my full-time job.
What I’m glad to hear about
- Corrections. If something on this site is wrong, tell me. Firmware changes and products change with it, and I would rather fix a review than defend it. Corrections get published with a date, not quietly edited.
- Questions about a specific review. If you want to know something I did not cover — how it behaved in a particular setup, whether it still works six months on — ask. That question is usually worth adding to the review.
- Product suggestions. Tell me what you are trying to solve rather than just naming a product, and it is far more likely to get tested.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of your data — see the Privacy Policy.
What I’m not the right person for
- Guest posts, link insertions, and “we noticed a broken link on your site” emails. I do not publish them.
- Sponsored posts written by someone else. Anything sponsored is written by me and labelled as such.
- Requests to remove or soften a negative verdict.
Review units and press
I do accept review units. A supplied unit is disclosed in the review itself, near the top, and it does not buy a favourable verdict — plenty of reviews here end in “don’t buy this.” No manufacturer sees a review before it publishes. If that arrangement works for you, email me.
How reviews are produced is set out on the Methodology page.
