I just couldn't get it to "feel" like I wanted it to for the purposes of this site. With the WooTheme (Headlines), I was able to get that look and feel I was after while also incorporating more function into the site. To accomplish what I was looking for with Thesis...it would have taken a lot more hired custom work. Also, when I started using Thesis...it was a little bit more unique that it is today. Now...just about every 6th blog I look at is running Thesis. Thesis is a great framework/premium theme that I still recommend to other bloggers.
