Thanks for the great interview. I love hear people’s stories about their early days in blogging. I particularly like the “6 months or quit” ultimatum in the interview. I always feel like taking a big step forward, lucky though I blog about something that is directly connected to my job: performing/teaching classical guitar.

Great interview Robb! I really enjoyed listening to it on my car ride to work. I’m not sure if you know this, but they just released a similar interview in the Third Tribe membership area with Brian Clark interviewing Darren Rowse. After listening to both interviews I got just as much out of yours with Darren as I did from the paid content in the Third Tribe. Great job!

Great interview Rob, I found it via ProBlogger. It’s obviously true that there’s more competition, i.e. more blogs in each niche now but there’s also more ways to market your blog now.

I think you have to find ways to differentiate yourself from others so that you can stand out from the crowd.
