Get involved, answer questions, provide good information, and people will take notice.I agree on the digg/stumble/reddit type sites. Offer the social buttons on your blog, but focus your efforts where you can make a big difference and build up a community.Rob - LexiConn

Great post Robb. One thing is for sure, you've got to keep at it and not stop. Once people do start interacting the blogger should make sure they answer the comments. Thanks for the excellent advice.

Excellent post and advice. They go a long way in building quality link backs and credibility. What always makes me laugh though...is when commenters on the guest post don't actually read the article and say something like "hey blogowner's name, great post! I'll put this to work right away!"You just want to say...he didn't write it...I did! Goes back to my comment about useful relevant commenting...some people just don't get it!

Thanks Cheryl!

You should see a pretty good spike from the guest posts. Great post! Commenting on other people's blogs has become a favorite habit. It's a fabulous way to connect with other bloggers and to have the conversation come alive. I'm looking forward to seeing the impact on my traffic from three guest posts that will soon be published on two separate blogs. I'm hoping for a really big spike! Thanks for sharing these excellent tips with us.
